• Apple has announced the launch of its new Apple Watch Series 6 and Apple Watch SE models. The Series 6 features a new S6 chip, a blood oxygen sensor, and an always-on display, while the SE is a more affordable option with many of the same features as the Series 6. Both watches will be available starting September 18th and will run the new watchOS 7 operating system.
• The new Apple Fitness+ service was also announced, which is a subscription-based fitness program that integrates with the Apple Watch to provide a wide range of workout classes and real-time performance metrics. Fitness+ will be available later this year and will cost $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year.
• Apple also unveiled a new iPad Air with a larger 10.9-inch display, a faster A14 Bionic chip, and support for the second-generation Apple Pencil. The new iPad Air will be available in five color options and starts at $599, making it a more affordable alternative to the higher-end iPad Pro models.
