The film, starring Michael Keaton in the title role, follows a recently deceased couple who enlist the help of a mischievous spirit to scare away the new owners of their home.

• The action thriller "Taken" (2008), starring Liam Neeson, will also be added to HBO Max's library in August 2024. The film follows a former CIA operative who must use his particular set of skills to rescue his daughter, who has been kidnapped by human traffickers while on a trip to Paris.

• HBO Max will also be adding the third season of the drama series "Industry" in August 2024. The show, set in the high-stakes world of international finance, follows a group of young graduates competing for a limited number of permanent positions at a prestigious London investment bank.
