• The anime adaptation of the light novel series "Okinawa de Suki ni Natta ko ga Hogen Sugite Tsurasugiru" has revealed its new cast members. The series follows a high school boy who falls in love with a girl from Okinawa, but struggles to understand her strong regional dialect.

• The new cast members include Kōji Yusa as the protagonist Makoto Takahashi and Yui Ogura as the female lead Hana Miyagi. The anime will also feature a new opening song performed by Yurika.

• The light novel series, written by Neko Hinotsuki and illustrated by Mebachi, has been serialized in Kadokawa's Dengeki G's Magazine since 2019. The anime adaptation is set to premiere in 2024, bringing the story of the charming but challenging Okinawan dialect to life on the screen.
