Russia's president and Kim Jong Un are set to explore a range of "sensitive topics" during talks on Wednesday.  He also claimed Pyongyang has not seen any economic wins from supporting Moscow - with an "actual trade balance of zero" between the two in 2022 - despite North Korea publically backing the Ukraine invasion and annexation of Crimea.  North Korea has carried out a series of banned weapons tests since the start of the year, most recently involving two short-range ballistic missiles on 30 August
