Hurricane Lee is fluctuating in intensity over the open Atlantic, and the powerful storm could bring life-threatening rip currents and dangerous conditions to beaches up and down the East Coast in the next couple of days. Lee is forecast to continue moving well north of Puerto Rico, the British and US Virgin Islands and the northern Leeward Islands, but it will have an impact there and at other Caribbean islands.
