More than 600 Civilian Members of the RCMP, who now form part of our Treasury Board bargaining units, will be asked for the first time to participate in the Treasury Board ratification vote process when it’s announced in the coming days. Outside of wages, RCMP CMs’ existing terms and conditions of employment, like vacation leave and sick leave, are still frozen as part of the memorandum of understanding PSAC secured, until they can be formally negotiated with Treasury Board.
