The Suns last month announced it would be switching local providers for the NBA team and WNBA Phoenix Mercury, parting ways with Bally Sports Arizona and instead joining Gray Television, which owns local stations Arizona's Family (3TV), KPHO (CBS5) and the statewide KPHE (AZ Family Sports Network), and also partner with Kiswe, a service that would provide live digital streaming. According to a CNBC report on Wednesday, Judge Christopher Lopez ruled the Suns violated a section of the bankruptcy code and must comply with the terms of their current agreement with Diamond. The Suns argued the deal with Diamond ended at the conclusion of the regular season and the team had attempted to negotiate a new agreement with Bally, CNBC reported
