Salesforce wants its employees to know that overtime pay will be scrutinized by senior managers and if an employee routinely accrues it, those managers will step in, according to an internal document viewed by Insider. A Salesforce account executive and another who left in recent months said they weren't aware of most of these overtime policies before viewing the document and believed at least some of them were new but the company says they are not.
