HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A $1 million bond was set for a man accused of killing another driver after a crash. With help from the Innocence Project of Texas, new DNA evidence, and a confession from the actual perpetrator, Grant was exonerated in 2019 after serving about eight years in prison. Grant's previous exoneration, which was granted by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals
