The injured man was identified as Jugnu of Rahra village in Karnal district.Kurukshetra superintendent of police Surinder Singh Bhoria said Jugnu was given primary treatment at the civil hospital in Kurukshetra and was referred to the PGIMER, Chandigarh.The DSP said further action will be taken as per the statement of the injured.Meanwhile, Kurukshetra SP said, "Jugnu recently came out on bail as he was arrested in an attempt to murder case of 2020 in Karnal, where he had fired several rounds at a person identified as Sanju Rana, a liquor contractor."We have formed teams of CIA and cyber cell and raids are being conducted to identify and apprehend accused persons, the SP added."
