PACE unanimously declares Russia a terrorist regimeEUROPEAN PRAVDA — THURSDAY, 13 OCTOBER 2022, 14:41The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has adopted a resolution calling the Russian Federation a terrorist regime.A resolution on the further escalation of aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine was presented during the PACE plenary session in Strasbourg on Thursday, 13 October.The resolution states that "this aggression must be unequivocally condemned as a crime, as a violation of international law and as a major threat to international peace and security."An additional amendment calling for the provision of air defence systems for Ukraine was also included in the resolution.Before the PACE vote, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed the assembly via a video call, urging assembly members to support the resolution."
